New Kinxton City is a fictional city that is located somewhere in Kansas. This intentionally Rastafarian city is homed to Anninne-Amelia.

About This City

This city is a “Rastafari majority” city where Babylonian practices are not allowed. This city has a diverse citizens with different ethnicities, ranging from White to Black. currently, this city has a 99.9% Rastafari majority. It has a mix of interracial citizens (Black husbands with White wives, 75% or the other way around, 25%), international citizens who moved from other countries to include their diverse culture,–after asking questions about integration, and they speak diverse languages (no profanity). Reggae music is a majority in this city.

The Underground Subway

This underground subway is inspired by the NYC subway. Art is a priority for this subway, and they care about their underground subway system so much, they treated it as a form of art too! It has 30 lines; 20 work lines, over 2000 employees, and it also ATMs to ensure cash is used by 99%. Most of the ATM surcharge revenue is used to improve the subway overtime.

Each platform has platform gates for safety. Newer platforms that are wide are used for handling passengers with a purpose. Well, its not about rushing… these trains go fast with a purpose, and even you can fulljoy art inside tunnels as a way to ensure passengers are engaged. All tracks are cleaned by hand, and the rest is done by machine. They treat their work as art because, they take quality extremely well.

All parts of the subway is designed with a meaningful purpose.

It does have a connection to streetcar/tram service.

Streetcar/Tram Service

This is a preferred way for citizens to commute to work from suburban parts of a city, and they usually rely on this machine. They used to have automobiles, due to war, they reverted back to streetcars as a way to ensure they keep costs of manufacturing military vehicles in check. However; this form of commuting is stuck, and that caused auto industries to almost go bankrupt. There are over 40 lines active, and they usually use these machines with a meaningful fashion. Each street is colored with red on top, gold in the middle (as a stripe), and green on the bottom. This design is chosen because, they wanted people to ensure they keep their Rastafari faith in check.

Most of these streetcar tracks are installed on their dedicated elevated structures, or beneath overpases (with open trenches that are designed to have shops included).

Successful Opposition To Racial Segregation

A rebellion that is justified has resulted to a brutal battle between police officers, and the Black citizens who managed to drive bad White out. However; Black citizens and police officers has won the brutal battle. You can still see the ruins of White police stations, weapons that are recycled into gardening tools, and even a fenced off graveyard that is far away from this city. Today; only 10% of the White population remain, and this the last known White citizens who managed to hang on.

If you take a closer look of the city itself; it’s built on a large berm with engineering that goes first. Trees are planted to ensure this city integrates with nature. Also; This city was built during and after Civil War in the USA… however; this city has grew big to the point of excluding church. Rastafari concepts are brought (during New Kinxton City’s primitive times), that’s when Jamaicans has bought this city, and they’ve managed to keep this city active for many decades. Today, this city is strong, and they have anti-bigotry laws that are strong enough to prevent bigotry.

New Kinxton City Prison

This prison is designed to house rapists, spankers, sex predators, terrorists, child abusers, gun violence offenders, frackers, suspects who were involved in deforestation, polluters, human traffickers, sex traffickers, drug cartels, child abusers, domestic violence offenders, corrupted officials, and other crooks. However; rehabilitation is out of the question. This prison is surrounded by a plain field that is far away from a city. It has dormitories for officers, employees, guards, and even it has a dedicated power plant to generate energy. Due to New Kinxton City’s strict health guidelines; food in prison must be prepared with care,–just like any other food service (inmates cannot work as food service workers). The prison houses 10,000 inmates. This prison also has high walls (topped with high fences that are too impossible to climb), has a dedicated waste to energy plant, a factory for manufacturing, and even a dedicated unit for housing terrorists and drug cartels.

Infrastructure

Only 80% of this city has green roofing (new or rebuilt structures), this is necessary for this city to adopt mandatory efforts to fight climate change. This mandate has reached to a point of being successful… every building has been renewed, or rebuilt. Newer buildings has met these environmental requirements. Historic structures have solar panels installed as a way to ensure air pollution is lowered by 99.9% minimum.

All parts of this city is “car-free” as a way to keep noise levels down.

Sewer systems has methane gas extracted as a way to fuel rocket ships for space exploration, and the sewer itself is designed to retrieve lost items and convert waste into fuel. They recycle plastic, and other materials to ensure ground pollution is reduced by 99.9%.

Each citizen must have at least 8 wildflowers planted, or a field of wildflowers can be planted via rooftop gardens. They also have protections for bees who help plants grow. This protection is necessary because, they wanted these bees to be protected by 99.9%.

Their forestry service is active, and they keep parts of their city dark with a specific purpose. Darker realms are required to have proper amount of trees planted, and biodiversity is a must for this town. Lawn is outlawed, and invasive plant species are taken care of via goats as a way to ensure these mistakes are handled with extreme care.
