As a fairy; she’s a Black anthropomorphic dog with dark skin, blond hair, dark-blue eyes, a pink nose with a red-orange hue, and pink wings. She wears a pinkish-purple dress with a pink apron, flat bronze shoes, and a silver tiara. She also wears a silver chain necklace with a green emerald.
Family
Her parents used to be alive,–prior to a Union Triangle disaster, caused by a drunk train driver who was operating a subway train. With a serious “De-Babylonization” of a subway,–after her other branches of her family has sued the subway for failing to prevent this disaster… that caused this subway system to go Rastafari,–being an order of a court.
Her family members has managed to stay hidden,–until their systems has been changed.
Universe/Realm
Dinah lives in a village that is designed to be dark with a specific purpose, such as: dim lighting, trees planted on higher ground via special structures, intentionally formatted city where Black fairies built their realm by retrofitting existing structures with windmills (on the outsides of the village with special structures that are high as 100 feet, 400 feet wide, and 400 feet long with rounded corners), recycles energy, and even serves as a large park for these important essential plants. Lawn is prohibited because, they wanted biodiversity to be their preferred choice for their properties.
Dinah lives in her palace that is next to Anninne-Amelia’s palace.
Race/Ethnicity
Dinah is Black. Her mother is White, and her father is Black.
Religion
Officially a Rastafarian. Due to her parents; she’s not allowed to be a Catholic, Mormon, nor a Muslim. However; she can have a mix of Buddhism, Hinduism, and Shintoism.
Early Life
Dinah is born via a family who rebelled against Babylonian practices, Simone (her mother), and Donald Monarchs (her father) advocated for a dissolution of a corrupted government, and building a “Non-Babylon” version of their government, and advocate for interracial relations that are meaningful. That caused 2 of these Americans to become ex-pats as a way to flee Babylon. With the collapse of a White-populated city,–after New Kinxton City has bought out parts of a city that is own by White population, 40,000 White citizens has protested against New Kinxton City’s purchase of their city, causing them to flee. With a rise of Rastafarian culture via its golden ages; that caused Black population to multiply (with chosen white women as partners with a purpose, after they managed to join the rebellion against Babylon). Although; their planned effort to ditch their American dream that is corrupted has been halted,–after New Kinxton City came to the rescue, and fired ALL of these White police officers, government officials, and other corrupted thugs who are responsible for bigotry. That caused New Kinxton City to raise funds to build a new prison that is designed to house ALL of these bigots who are responsible for serious crimes that are racially-motivated, imposed bank levies against White-owned companies, and even supported enforcing the civil rights of Black population.
After a successful marriage by 2 people; Dinah was officially named because, they wanted her to be a Black princess of the future. However; she’s the 3rd child who is born after Anne Rosa Monarchs, and empress Rosa Maria Monarchs. Their only older bredrens, Michel, Mack, and Mario Monarchs (Mario Donald Monarchs) has managed to preserve their White side of their family.
Schooling
Dinah attends school as early as possible to be educated. However; her schooling schedule has been changed to abide to Dinah’s Rastafarian rights. Unlike other students who are either Catholic, or Muslim… Dinah has to attend school with a different set of students via a different classroom.
Union Triangle Subway Disaster
When Dinah’s parents has been killed by a drunk motorman, Ethan, that caused parts of her family to sue the underground subway for neglect and failure of their system. That caused an underground subway division of a city itself to lose money, and be bought by a Rastafarian business owner, Willy… a restaurant owner who overheard a story about a serious disaster. He planned to buy a failing subway system, get it reformatted, restore closed platforms, and give it a serious makeover.
Aftermath
After a successful purchase of an underground subway, money was used to perform serious repairs, fund payments to families who lost their family members, safety advocates, and even support Rastafarian communities,–and even help the homeless. Willy has sold a repaird underground subway to New Kinxton City as a way to include an underground subway extension for an existing network (with a specific purpose.
With a serious loss of Dinah’s parents; a trust has been opened by kind White Citizens who joined a Rastafari movement, causing them to shed Christianity, reduce cars on the road, and even use streetcars more often. Dinah’s trust has gained over $500,000 during that time. Today; Dinah’s financial staff are the members of her trust.
Ethan’s Conviction Of His Serious Crime
When Ethan got his license revoked for the rest of his life, he plead “not guilty” of ALL of these charges, resulting a trial being set for 6 months. The Monarchs family wanted answers, and they want justice, including her mother’s side of her family!
When a video footage has been presented; the jury watched the videos, and they’re shocked of this serious incident. Due to a strict judge; a deadlocked jury is a serious disaster that can be left silent forever.
So, a vote that is NOT disclosed has been implemented. Injured train passengers didn’t know about a drunk motorman. A conductor (who is now bound in his wheelchair) has claimed a motorman has used a specific language that is NOT kosher, and he failed to watch where he’s actually going. There’s a Black passenger who is just minding his own business, and he was using his camera to record a footage,–regarding his concern, regarding bigotry and other issues.
When Ethan is successfully found GUILTY os his serious crimes; he was sentenced to 24,000 concurrent life sentence in prison, $900,000 per victim (2000 consecutive restitution amounts), lifetime driving ban (200 consecutive driving ban sentences), and garnishment of his prison wages by 75%; with this large garnishment, no having lots of money for him! However; he tried to apologize, but apologies and forgiveness are out of the question, he was taken away in cuffs as a way to celebrate the Monarchs family’s victory, and ensure Ethan is held accountable for a serious incident.
Where Ethan Is Serving His Life Sentence?
Ethan is serving his life sentence in Patrick’s Penitentiary, and its located far away from New Kinxton City,–located on 1324 Patrick’s Prison Drive. Ethan is in a SAMs (special administrative measures) unit as a way to ensure he won’t communicate with other White bigots. However; he was reading some books about dog breeds, and he was watching a TV that display educational, religious, and recreational content.
Dinah’s Realm
After renovations has been implemented; Dinah’s realm has been built to ensure she has a special place to live. Her staff has been hired with serious screening included.
Trivia
Like Camille, she was born the same way, but a different hospital has managed to use wind energy to ensure their facility is still active.

Dinah’s blond hair resembles riches of Africa, her silver chain necklace resembles a legendary cave that is located in parts of Africa, a green emerald chime resembles African vegetation and livity, her dark skin resembles a forest at night, her pinkish-purple dress resembles a glow from a legendary plateau and garden, and her pink wings and apron resemble a glow of a pink sky when the sun goes down.
Her bronze shoes resemble red for exploitation and tragedy of Africans stolen from Africa,–stolen by colonies!
